Zumba at the Shops

In partnership with W3 Body, the Berwyn Shops is excited to announce its first shopping and work out experience! Treat your mind and body to an evening of retail and fitness therapy that will help wash the stress of the week away!

Starting at 6PM on Friday July 29th we encourage visitors to explore the 12 incredible shops, grab a quick treat, and get ready to dance! At 7PM the gates will close, the boardwalk will transform into a dance party, and an hour-long Zumba class (Hosted by W3 Body) will start! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international dance and fitness inspired movements.

Since W3’s inception, there have been many different fitness trends. One of the first trends was aerobics and group exercise classes. W3 has always worked to ensure they have the best group exercise classes and programs in Chicagoland. Keeping up with these trends requires consistent education to their staff and instructors.
