About the event

A crystal sound bath to deeply relax your mind, body, and spirit. The high frequency vibrations of the crystal bowls resonate with us on a cellular level inviting a state of peace and relaxation. The notes of each bowl correspond with our main energy centers (chakras). This session will also include a guided meditation and guided breath-work led by Cielo Agave.
