Vendor Application Form

Before you begin, please make sure you have the following information ready and available, as they are required to complete this online application:

1. Business EIN

2. High-resolution photos of products or services to be sold

3. Drafted business plan

4. Supporting Financials 

Existing Businesses (Operating 3+ Years)

Please provide at least one (1) of the following (Limit 4):

  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements for the most recent 24 months

  • Business Bank Statements for the most recent 12 months

  • Most recent 2 years of Business Tax Returns

  • Year-to-Date Sales Report for the current year

 

New Businesses (Operating between 6 months 3 years)

Please provide at least one (1) of the following (Limit4):

  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements covering all available operating history, up to 12 months

  • Business Bank Statements for the most recent 6 months

  • Most recent Business Tax Return (if filed)

  • Year-to-Date Sales Report

All financial information will be treated as confidential and reviewed only by the selection committee.

Requirement Review

Before completing the application, please review the 2027 Vendor and Expectations Packet. It outlines the project as a whole, the timeline, what the BDC requires from vendors, and what vendors can expect from the BDC.

Berwyn Shops hours are as follows:

  • Friday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM


*Operating hours may be modified throughout the season by unanimous vote of participating vendors and the BDC. Any approved changes will be communicated to all vendors.

I understand I must be open during required hours (April 30, 2027 - December 19, 2027) . Failure to meet attendance requirements without prior communication and approval from BDC may result in contract termination.

*Site Managers are responsible for supporting daily operations, including opening and closing the shops, taking attendance, maintaining cleanliness, removing trash, and helping ensure the space remains organized and welcoming etc.

Vendors are expected to attend one virtual informational meeting with the Berwyn Shops Coordinator. I am aware of the informational sessions and plan to attend or have attended one.
